Please reach out to your Verizon/Fleetmatcis rep to obtain a username and password with webservice/API access

Once the credentials are obtained, fill those out in the Chaine ELD form.

Truck identifiers used are 'Numbers' as listed in the portal so make sure to add those as samples in the form above. The Verizon/Fleetmatics portal allows you to assign a “number” to the vehicle in the vehicle properties. This can be different from the vehicle “name” that is typically visible on your map.
