Getting started
Chaine enables you to easily move your files to your trading partners using the Secure Shell File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or the File Transfer Protocal over TLS (FTPS).
SFTP Server Info
For server host and port, please ping your Chaine technical contact. Authentication details will also be provided by your Chaine technical contact.
Security
Our SFTP server is FIPS-enabled (Federal Information Processing Standard) for added security so you can transfer your files with government-grade security.
The Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 140-2 is a US and Canadian government standard that specifies the security requirements for cryptographic modules that protect sensitive information.
All workloads accept a minimum of Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 connectoins to meet FedRAMP compliance requirements that mandate a minimum of TLS 1.2 encryption for data in transit.
