📄️ Samsara guide
Connect your Samsara ELDs or trackers with Chaine to provide a better experience for your customers. To do that, you will need to provide Chaine with your API token when filling out our Carrier onboarding form.
📄️ AT&T Fleet Complete
A user with administrative access to your Fleet Complete portal will need to create a user specific to Chaine.
📄️ BigRoad
To join Chaine's network with your BigRoad ELD, you’ll need to locate your API key within your BigRoad online portal. Please follow the steps below:
📄️ Coretex (iBright)
If you have a Coretex ELD (including their iBright version), you can easily get it connected to Chaine with your username and password. Coretex is now an EROAD company and there are two types of hardware that EROAD offers: 1. EROAD Hardware and 2. Coretex hardware (iBright and other models). If you are using EROAD's MyRoad Hardware, please follow these instructions.
📄️ Data consent
By filling out the Chaine ELD form, the account holder hereby authorizes and directs the named ELD provider in the form to provide and transmit to Chaine, Inc. such telematic information as Chaine, Inc. may request for the purpose of rendering freight visibility and other services to parties having an interest in the goods carried by the account holder and for any such other uses.
📄️ EROAD
EROAD has merged with Coretex (providers of iBright and other Coretex ELDs). This guide includes the setup for the EROAD hardware, i.e. MyEroad. If you are looking for Coretext (or iBright), please refer to these instructions.

FleetLocate by Spireon has a few different account types, and the setup for these vary based on what you have:

A user with administrator access to your GeoTab database has to create a GeoTab service account with a security clearance of “view only”.

In order to integrate your Orbcomm asset tracking with Chaine, you will need to give permission to Orbcomm to send data to Chaine via Data Sharing Authorization form. aprovide

To connect your PeopleNet account, you will need to complete this client consent form and add it to the Chaine ELD form.

RandMcNally DriverConnect connections require a Company Code
📄️ SkyBitz
Please reach out to your SkyBitz rep to ask for a username and password with XML access.
📄️ Teletrac Navman
To connect your Teletrac Navman account with Chaine, you will need to provide an API access credentials. Please react out to support at Teletrac Navman for an API access credentials". There may be a nominal fee for opening the required XML gateway. If you are already using one with another tracking provider, you can use the same API access credentials.
📄️ Telogis
Please reach out to your Telogis/Verizon rep to ask for an username and password with API access.

📄️ TXT E-Solutions
To join the Chaine network with your TXT E-Solutions device, you will need to send a request directly to TXT Solutions. Once you have obtained your API credentials, you can add it to the Chaine ELD form.

Please reach out to your Verizon/Fleetmatcis rep to obtain a username and password with webservice/API access
📄️ Zonar
To connect your Zonar account with Chaine, you will need to provide your &&customer ID, username and, password with API/webservice access. If you are not certain that the credential set you have grants API access please speak with a Zonar rep.
