Your device isn't compatible
Android users may see this message when they go to download the Chaine Mobile App from the Google Play Store:
Your device isn't compatible with this version.
This means that your device is not compatible with the latest version of the Chaine Mobile App. This is because your device is running an older version of Android. To fix this, you simply need to update the Android version on your mobile phone.
How to update your Android version
- Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
- Tap System and then System update.
- Tap System and then System update.
